According to troopers, a man fleeing a hit-and-run scene was traveling at speeds more than 100 mph
He then allegedly caused a wrong-way crash while heading eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-10.

Interstate 10 was shut down for hours while troopers investigated. The freeway opened back up after 5am on Saturday. The names of the victims have not yet been released.
