Deputies were called to the casino, located at 7350 South Nogales Highway, around 3 a.m., reporting a pedestrian had been struck by a car, said department spokesman, Dep. Cody Gress.

Carlos Flores, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to an update from PCSD on Sunday evening.
