State police identify man killed in Lawrence County crash
According to the preliminary crash report from ASP, 42-year-old Danny Welsh, of Grubbs, was driving on Arkansas Highway 91, near Lawrence County Road 714, when he crossed the center line on a bridge and crashed into a car head-on.
