Motorcyclist killed in Paragould crash

According to Arkansas State Police, Jeffery Wimberly, 42, of Paragould died following the crash that happened around 5:30 p.m. Police state he turned left to get on Highway 49 when the driver of a Chevy SUV headed north on Highway 49 failed to yield. The man's motorcycle then struck the right side of the SUV, according to the crash report. Wimberly was taken to Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould where he later died. ASP listed the road conditions to be clear and dry at the time of the wreck.
