3 Killed, 3 Injured in Jefferson County I-530 Accident

JEFFERSON COUNTY, AR - Three people have been killed in a head-on collision on Interstate 530 that left three others injured. The victims are identified as William Wilhite, 32; Julia Wilhite, 27, both of Griffithville, and a juvenile female whose name is not being released. The Arkansas State Police accident report states that a 2010 GMC headed north in the southbound traffic lanes struck a 2003 Honda carrying five people. The drivers of the GMC (a 54-year-old man from Pine Bluff) and the Honda (a 27-year-old woman from Wisner, Louisiana), as well as a juvenile female in the Honda, were injured. Wednesday in Jefferson County.
