Police found clothing and blood at the scene but located no evidence from a vehicle. The people who found Blazer did not see the crime, police said.
Authorities are investigating a Saturday morning hit-and-run that killed a Little Rock pedestrian dead. Mark Blazer, 25, of Little Rock, was found deceased in the right-hand lane of the eastbound frontage road of Interstate 30 at Chicot Road at 5:10 a.m. Saturday. Authorities report the weather as misty, and the road was wet at the time of the incident.
