  Traffic on eastbound Interstate 30 east of Texarkana, Ark., is down to one lane at this hour while workers clear wreckage from the roadway. Tuesday at mile marker 8 on Interstate 30. Police say a garbage truck cab burst into flames when it was struck by a car, sending the drivers of the 2 vehicles to the hospital. The car was westbound on I-30 when, for reasons unknown to police at this time, it crossed the median and struck an eastbound Waste Management truck.
