Jennifer Meanor, a 34-year-old woman from Kimberling City, Mo., was driving a 2010 Mercury when she drifted across the centerline and into the eastbound lane of the highway around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to an Arkansas State Police crash report.

Her vehicle struck an eastbound International Harvester driven by 42-year-old Michael Baxter of Des Arc. Baxter and his passenger, 56-year-old Jeffery Cook of Bryant, were both injured and transported to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.

The injured were taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. Meanor's body was taken to the Boone County Morgue.
