On Thursday the Kern County coroner's office identified the suspect who died during a pursuit on Wednesday as 33-year-old Marco Antonio Loera Fregoso of Bakersfield.
Fregoso was in a short vehicle pursuit after a deputy attempted to stop the vehicle he was driving.
