Three cars were involved in the violent collision, which was reported about 12:15 a.m. near the intersection of Andover Drive and Glenoaks Boulevard, according to the Burbank Police Department. The force of the impact sheared one of the vehicles in half.

A 19-year-old Burbank resident and an unidentified 17-year-old were both arrested on suspicion of three counts each of murder and one count each of reckless driving, the Burbank Police Department said in a news release.
