California Highway Patrol officers were called at 9:19 p.m. Wednesday to the Gaffey Street off-ramp from the connector road from state Route 47 and the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway, where they found the victim’s black sedan had crashed into the freeway embankment and ended up lodged in a chain link fence, CHP Officer Sean Lough told City News Service.
