Woman struck and killed by hit-and-run driver at Brea Boulevard and Bastanchury Road in Fullerton, California

It appears the woman was crossing Bastanchury Road when she was struck by the westbound car, Clyde said. The driver kept going, but a portion of the vehicle’s blue bumper was left behind and investigators suspect the vehicle was a Toyota, Clyde said.
