Pedestrian struck, killed in Huntington Beach

A preliminary investigation showed the 66-year-old driver of a gray 2018 Hyundai Elantra was traveling westbound on Warner Avenue when his vehicle struck the pedestrian, who was crossing northbound at Bolsa Chica Street, Austin said.

Preliminary investigation showed the 66-year-old driver of a gray 2018 Hyundai Elantra was traveling westbound on Warner Avenue when the vehicle struck David Stame, according to Sgt. Matthew Austin of the Huntington Beach Police Department and the coroner’s office.
