A preliminary investigation showed 35-year-old Eric Kinser of Sunset Beach was driving a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck north on Pacific Coast Highway when he crossed over the center median and into the southbound lanes where the truck crashed head-on with a 1999 Toyota Solara and a 2012 Lexus RX350, Reilly said.
