Deadly I-15 Crash Reported: Man Hit By Semi Truck While Trying To Cross Freeway, CHP Says
The pedestrian, a Lake Elsinore resident whose name was not immediately released, was walking at 1:50 a.m. along the shoulder of the freeway when he abruptly ran into traffic. The CHP reported that he was going east as if trying to make it to the northbound side of I-15. Meanwhile, a tractor-trailer was approaching.
