The Honda Accord then drifted into the right-hand shoulder and struck the SUV. The force of the impact caused the SUV to spin and strike the SUV's driver, who was outside the vehicle.
A 53-year-old woman from Hailey, Idaho, who was inside the SUV, was pronounced dead at the scene, CHP officials said.

A 28-year-old woman was driving a 2001 Honda Accord while intoxicated on eastbound I-80, officials said. A 2016 Jeep SUV was parked on the right shoulder, with three people inside and the driver, identified as Fabiola Torres, 25, of Hailey, Idaho, was standing outside the passenger side of the vehicle because he was feeling ill.
