Man Arrested In Connection With Fatal Fairfield Hit-And-Run Crash
Officers were able to identify the driver using a security video. They later arrested him at his home.
Fairfield man accused of killing bicyclist in hit-and-run crash, police say
Officers served a search warrant for Ghuzi's home and arrested him shortly after midnight Tuesday night, police said. Alcohol and speed are both believed to be factors in the crash.
