Police searching for SUV in Chula Vista fatal hit and run
Chula Vista Police said the collision occurred in the 2400 block of Main Street just after 2 p.m. Monday. A motorcyclist was traveling eastbound when they collided with a tan- or gold-colored Ford Explorer.

The driver fled the scene; the tan or gold car was last seen driving westbound on Main Street, and then north on Industrial Boulevard, police said.

Weeks later, CVPD detectives were able to locate Murray and arrest her. She was charged with felony hit-and-run and was booked into the Las Colinas Detention Facility in Santee on July 24, according to police.
