2 Killed, 2 Hurt in Fiery Suspected DUI Crash on I-15

The California Highway Patrol said a DUI suspect was driving a Ford Mustang on I-15 near Pomerado Road just after midnight and rear-ended a white Toyota. The suspect crashed into a ditch while the Toyota stayed in the middle of the freeway lanes. A San Diego Police Department (SDPD) detective in a patrol SUV then crashed into the Toyota.

Suspected drunk driver facing murder charge

Levi has one or more DUIs on his record, which prompted the CHP to seek murder charges in the case, according to Sanchez. Sanchez said he was unsure how many times Levi had been convicted of the crime.
