Wrong-way driver killed in I-70 crash near Deer Trail
Police say a sedan traveling the wrong-way hit an SUV. The person driving the sedan was killed, and the driver of the SUV was seriously injured.
I-70 Eastbound was closed Saturday night at mile marker 331 while authorities investigated a deadly crash, according to Colorado State Patrol. There's no reports yet on how many people were involved in the crash, or what caused it. The call came in 7:12 p.m. A medical helicopter landed on the scene at around 7:45 p.m. No additional information was immediately available.
