Driver Killed In High-Speed Crash Near Sloan’s Lake
DPD spokesman Jay Casillas told CBS4 the accident occurred at approximately 3 a.m. near the intersection of 26th Avenue and Vrain Street on the north side of Sloan’s Lake.

A vehicle was going west on 26th at a high rate of speed, attempted to go around another vehicle and lost control. The speeding vehicle crashed into a tree, DPD said.
