Sally Mosher killed and three injured in collision on Route 15 in Meriden, Connecticut

Another vehicle being driven by David Perez of Bridgeport was traveling south in the same area heading toward the Miller Avenue DOT exit when it ran off the side of the road, hit a curb, went over the metal guardrail and crossed into the northbound travel lanes. Police say the two vehicles crashed head-on and became disabled in the travel lanes.
