The lot is owned by the Borough of Naugatuck and the company the victim was working for was sub contracted for tree removal services.

Police Identify Construction Worker Who Died At Naugatuck High School

Luis Albaro Ortega, 32, of Naugatuck, was killed in the accident that happened around 1:30 p.m. in the Millville Avenue parking lot located near Lorann Drive, police said.
