D’andre Charles, 25, was killed in a three-vehicle rollover collision on Interstate 91 in Rocky Hill, Connecticut

For an unknown reason, the Acura collided with the rear of the Volvo, and a third vehicle, a 2018 Acura TLX Tech A-Spec, collided with the other Acura. The Acura TLX Tech A-Spec then veered into the right shoulder, collided with the metal beam guardrail in the right shoulder, went across all lanes of traffic, and collided with the metal beam guardrail in the left shoulder, according to state police.
