Elisabeth Ballance was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Camaro at about 1:15 a.m. when, for unknown reasons, she failed to remain in her lane and traveled into the grass area that divides the roadway at the off-ramp, said Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale, a spokesman with Delaware State Police.
