Delaware State Troopers were called to the scene at 7:23 p.m., where pedestrian Marc B. Andrews, 55, had tried to cross the westbound lanes of Ogletown-Stanton Road just west of Harmony Road, outside the crosswalk. He was struck by a 2002 Honda Accord driven by Tara M. Keller, 20, who was driving west on Ogletown-Stanton Road.
