Burton was westbound on John J. Williams Highway, in the area of Rock Pile Way, when for some reason his Mustang crossed the center line, entering the eastbound lanes of the highway and into the path of 35-year-old Justin B. Baldwin, of Salisbury, Maryland, who was driving a 2013 Isuzu six wheel box truck, said Cpl. Gary Fournier, a state police spokesman.
