Mankiewicz was driving a 2005 Toyota Tundra west on SR 80 west of Lexington Parkway when he tried to pass "slow traffic," the report said. He crashed head on with Williams who was driving a 2002 Ford Expedition east when both men swerved to the south shoulder to avoid each other.
