Troopers say while traffic stood still, a tractor trailer crashed into the back of another car, causing a chain reaction crash that killed one person.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, traffic had backed up on I-95 due to a previous accident about 10:45 p.m. when a tractor-trailer failed to stop and drove into the stopped vehicles. A total of 22 vehicles were involved in the crash.
