Texas man dies in Baker County accident early Monday(link is external)

A 19-year-old Venus man and an 18-year-old woman from Burleson, Tx. were wearing seat belts and survived with minor injuries, treated at UF Health Jacksonville, the Highway Patrol said. A 22-year-old Texas man was killed early Monday and two teenage passengers injured when a pickup truck spun and hit a road sign on Interstate 10 near the Glen St. The pickup spun and hit a sign, then overturned, the Highway Patrol said. Mary exit, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Westbrook, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected and pronounced dead, the Highway Patrol said.
