Two passengers remain in serious condition after a sport-utility vehicle overturned Friday on Interstate 10 in Baker County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Yussif Dokurugu, 47, of Midway was ejected from the Chevrolet SUV and transported to UF Health Jacksonville after the 9:50 a.m. crash just west of County Road 125 in Glen St. All but Dokurugu and Lovett escaped serious injuries, according to the Highway Patrol. The accident report states that Terri Lynn Richards, 30, of Blounstown was driving the SUV east when the right rear wheel broke off. The Chevrolet, with two 17-year-olds on board as well as Dokurugu and 34-year-old Cecilia Lovett of Mirianna, flipped before ending up facing the wrong way on the interstate.
