The two got out of the car at the delivery area of the mall, 1455 NW 107 Ave., and opened the rear door of the car.
Betancourt, 66, returned to the driver's seat and "inadvertently hit the gas pedal, putting the vehicle in reverse and striking Vivancos," Detective Marjorie Eloi said in a statement.

I'm a close friend of Leonardo Vivacos for around 18 years they say that the Driver Ruben betancourt got back in the Drivers side and inadvertently press the gas pedal while the car is in Reverse something here is not right. I'm so Devasteded by this. I wish I had more detail about this accident because it Just doesn't sound right. Thank you JORGE !
