Man dies in fiery single-vehicle wreck on U.S. 27 in Weston, Florida
One man dead in Weston crash
The crash happened just before 3:30 p.m. when a Honda Crosstour heading north on U.S. 27 veered off the road and into the grass shoulder as it approached the on-ramp to I-75, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
The car then struck a metal light pole and burst into flames, deputies said.
Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue crews extinguished the fire and then pronounced the driver dead.
