Pace child, teenager killed in Sunday evening crash on Woodbine Road

Kelly, who was traveling at a high rate of speed, crossed into the turning lane and collided with the front of the Buick. The Ford continued traveling in a south-westerly direction and departed the roadway to the left, rolling on its side within a ditch and igniting into flames, coming to a final rest on the west side of the roadway facing south.

Stormie P. Harrell, 7, and Michaela D. Sidney, 17, both of Pace, sustained fatal injuries after Kailen Kelly, 35, allegedly crashed into their vehicle while driving recklessly, according to FHP.
