A 69-year-old Sanford man was killed and a 65-year-old Deltona woman was seriously injured Wednesday night in a head-on crash in Seminole County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

At about 7:00pm, Daw was driving a four-door sedan west when he drifted into the oncoming lane and struck Strates vehicle head-on. Daw was killed in the collision, while Strates was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
