Vehicle overturns into water off Oak Ridge Road(link is external)

Three people were taken to a hospital after a vehicle overturned into the water in Oak Ridge. It's unclear what caused the vehicle to go into the water. It happened across from Sadler Elementary School around 6:30 a.m. Investigators report that two of the victims were not breathing; medics rushed them to Orlando Regional Medical Center. 1 dead, 2 hurt after vehicle overturns in Orange County canal(link is external)

At least one person is dead and two others were hurt after a vehicle overturned in an Orange County canal, authorities say. Orange County Fire Rescue received a call just after 6:30 a.m. this morning reporting a vehicle in water near West Oak Ridge Road and Brookgreen Avenue. Two people received CPR and a third person had minor injuries, according to Fire Rescue. All were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where one was confirmed dead, troopers said. Second person dies after crash into pond Monday(link is external)

Investigators did not find any tire marks on the roadway, which they say could mean the driver did not try to hit the brakes and stop the car before it struck a sidewalk, went down an embankment and into the water.

2 killed in Orlando canal crash identified(link is external)

The victims were identified by troopers on Tuesday as Emmanius Casmir, 24 ,of Orlando, and Joanel Ostreal, 41, of Orlando.  A 19-year-old woman suffered minor injuries in the crash, according to the FHP.
