Reynolds went to change lanes and crashed the front of her vehicle into the rear end of another vehicle, 51-year-old Teresa Jensen's Nissan Altima.
Reynolds vehicle turned counterclockwise and traveled off the shoulder and into the median where they collided with a tree.
