Police identify pedestrian killed in crash
James H. Gaff, 61, was killed at about 8:40 a.m. near the intersection of Bradford Road. Tallahassee Police say 23-year-old Ricardo Pena was driving his 2001 Ford Focus when he hit Gaff.
