Rebertha A. Chambers, 80, killed, and Keriann N. Chambers, 37, Jason R. Mouzakes, 27, and Nicholas A. Hernandez, 25, injured in two-vehicle car crash on US-92 in Hillsborough County, Florida

An 80-year-old woman was killed in a crash on U.S. Highway 92 at Kennedy Hills Drive in Seffner on Friday afternoon. Rebertha A. Chambers of Stockbridge, Georgia, 80, was a passenger in a car with family member Keriann N. Chambers, 37, also of Georgia and traveling westbound on US-92 when a Honda Accord crossed into their lane and struck their Hyundai Accent nearly head-on. Rebertha Chambers was taken to Tampa General Hospital where she later died of her injuries. Keriann Chambers survived the accident and is listed in serious condition at TGH. Mouzakes and his passenger Nicholas A. Hernandez, 25, from Spring Hill, are listed in serious condition at TGH. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
