The woman was driving with three passengers, the 4-year-old boy, a 16-year-old girl and a 35-year-old woman, FHP said. When she lost control of the car, it went into the grass median and flipped, ejecting the 4-year-old who was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene, FHP said.
