The crash happened at 3:22 a.m. Saturday, and details were released Sunday by the Florida Highway Patrol.
A 39-year-old Largo man was hit by a car and killed while crossing Ulmerton Road early Saturday.  Hilarino Gonzalez was walking across Ulmerton Road outside of a crosswalk about a mile west of Feathersound when he walked into the path of a 1996 Acura Integra. Gonzalez died at the scene of the crash. The driver of the Acura, 38-year-old Bounphisit Champa of Largo, was not injured or charged with any infraction.

This is my little brother. May he rip we miss him everyday. He wasn't from Florida he was from mass. He left 4 children behind & a family that loved him. He was to young. I wish I had more time with him. We are all broken hearted with his loss.
