Pasco grove owner killed when car hits his bicycle from behind
Joseph Neal Hancock, 57, the owner of Hancock Groves in Dade City, was riding a bike east around 8:40 a.m. in the eastbound lane of Lake Iola Road, just west of Nolan Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
