Davin Hackbarth was driving his 2013 Ford Taurus east in the center lane of SR 52 when a westbound Seaside Sanitation truck driven by Douglas Amaya, 47, of Port Richey made a U-turn and hit the back of Hackbarth's car, the FHP said.
