A 25-year-old man was critically injured in a motorcycle crash early Tuesday morning.

The front tire of the 2006 Yamaha Roadliner struck the median, causing the motorcycle to overturn onto Hillsborough Avenue, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

At around 4:00am, a 25-year-old motorcyclist was turning into the parking lot for Hard Rock Casino, when his front tire hit a median and he was thrown from the vehicle. He was critically injured and taken to Tampa General Hospital. He was not wearing a helmet during the crash.
