A 6-year-old boy was killed while trying to cross a busy Fulton County roadway with his brother on Sunday night.
A 6-year-old boy was killed while trying to cross a busy Fulton County roadway with his brother on Sunday night.
The Fulton County Police Department stated that the boy was with his 16-year-old brother while attempting to cross Old National Highway near Jolly Road around 6:50 p.m. Sunday. The boys were standing in the center turn lane when the younger boy ran ahead of his brother, darting into the path of an SUV.
The boy, whose name has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV stopped at the scene.
