1 person killed, 2 people injured in crash in southwest Atlanta
Three people — the dirt bike driver and two people inside the Sonata — were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital. The dirt bike driver died at the hospital, the GSP said. That person’s name and age were not released.

Motorcycle accidents are more likely to end in serious injuries or death for the motorcyclist, since the rider is not protected from the force of a collision.
