Itanor Duval was walking outside the marked crosswalk as he crossed Austell Road where it meets Favor Road around 9:12 p.m. Sunday when a red 2001 Jeep Cherokee driven by Jose Cifuentes, 71, of Marietta, hit Duval, Cobb police said.
