Two injured after Columbus crash Saturday

A driver is accused of running the stop sign at Pierce Chapel Road at Veterans Parkway around 7p et Saturday.

Two people were injured around 7:00 p.m. on Saturday after a vehicle ran a stop sign and caused a three car crash on Veterans Parkway. The vehicle was first hit by a northbound traveling car on Veterans Parkway before spinning into the southbound lanes, where it was hit again. One driver was taken to a hospital in the area with critical injuries. A second driver complained of injuries but refused to be taken to the hospital. All three vehicles were towed away from the site of the accident pending the conclusion of the investigation.
