A news release from GSP says a Nissan Altima traveling west on GA 96 crossed the center line. That car collided head-on with a Dodge Ram traveling east on GA 96.
Update: 2 dead in Twiggs County wreck identified
Hubbard failed to maintain his lane and crossed the center line, hitting the front of the Dodge driven by 67-year-old Jessie Adams.
