Macon man dies after being hit by vehicle on Hillcrest Avenue
A passerby called the sheriff’s office to report a male lying in the roadway. Deputies arrived and found an unresponsive 53-year-old Macon man.
Macon man, 53, hit and killed by car late Saturday night on Hillcrest Avenue
According to the sheriff’s office, the man was hit by a 26-year-old man driving a Volkswagen Jetta east on Hillcrest. The driver’s identity has not been released, and no charges have been announced.
